Roof Systems

Elastomeric Coatings – Many of our clients appreciate the versatility of the elastomeric coatings we use for roof repairs and whole roof restorations. Elastomeric coatings can be highly reflective to save energy, Title 24 compliant and they form a seamless acrylic or rubber membrane for excellent leak protection.

A whole roof restoration using elastomeric coatings is a cost effective alternative to replacing an existing roof.

Built-Up Asphalt and Gravel (Hot Mop) – These roofing systems are functional, have a long life and are a time-tested type of roofing. They are typically made of asphalt or tar and gravel. Many roofing contractors don’t service these types of roofs because of the costly equipment required and experience to install and repair it properly.

TPO – Thermoplastic ployolefin is growing in popularity in the sunny regions of the United States because of its reflective properties. These properties have excellent energy efficiency in warmer climates. The product is available in white, gray and tan. It performs well in high winds and is resistant to punctures from hail and other objects.

Metal Roofing – If you want a maintenance-free roofing system that is also fireproof, long-lasting and energy efficient, then a metal roofing system could be the right choice. Metal roofs can give virtually any look you desire including: asphalt shingles, ceramic tiles and wood shake.

Skylights are often a source of leaks. We have extensive experience repairing and replacing skylights and will provide you with the timetable, budget and alternate solutions for each project.
